You can send text messages from your PC to the driver and the driver can immediately send messages back. Also drivers can afterwards access memos sent by themselves. Job details and location information can be sent from your PC directly to the driver. The driver can then automatically route himself to that job, or let it wait until the current job is complete. And when the driver needs support, the office is only a tap on the screen away.

Navigate
Besides choosing a route or planning several destinations drivers can accept messages with navigation coordinates and follow the navigation instructions.
